  • Does this Smoothie works if I'm losing weight?! It looks too good to be true!! =D

    You're so nice!

  • As is *no*,The chocolate is 0.5g of fat *ok* the soymilk is 3.5g of fat * ok* fat free yogurt 0g. of fat *ok* BUT the peanut butter is16g. of fat-- so find a low in fat peanut butter and I say go for it !!! Go for a nice brisk walk and after enjoy your yummy smoothie <3 Christina

  • You should use natural peanut butter if its

    JIF Creamy isn't made natural.

    thanks for the recipe hahaha

  • So true," I just love jif", but if pure natural was what your going for AA++

  • Great Idea! I just need to find a substitute for the chocolate topping coz they dont sell that in England. Great Vid!! xx

  • Thanks!!! good luck hunting for the chocolate LOL ...... OXOXO...

  • Everything you just put in there is extremely unhealthy for you you ditzy broad. Nothing but artificial chemicals and dead nutrients. Nothing healthy about this, i wouldnt touch that soy milk with a stick. Take it from a phd in biochem. Unpasteurized nut milk+ banana + natural PB + coconut meat+ raw cocoa would = a healthy smoothie.

  • looks tastey, but oh noooes.... u forgot to put in crunchy icecubes in the mix to make this smoothie uber sexy and chill!

since i started blending my smoothies with icecubes, i never went back! :)

  • @zazilitah no it does not work.. it actually makes you gain weight depending on your intake calories per day.. but yeaa it is a delicious recipe..

  • i like ur kitchen haha lol and i think u might have or should have added some extra chocolate ;) the more chocolate the better!!!!!!!!!!!! [ima add like 5 TBSP lmaooo]

  • @KelferMookie you obviously have never had one then. everyone knows peanut butter and banana's go well, peanut butter and choclate go well, and bananas go well with yogurt and milk if you might not know. Add that all together in a blender and you get a smoothie thats ingrediants compliment each other beautifully.

  • omg that looks DISGUSTING.

  • I love smoothies and I'm pretty sure I have the Smucker stuff already. Can't wait to try this. Thanks!

  • First video of yours I watch and I feel like I know you since forever, lol. You have a great friendly personality. Loved the recipe I'll try it soon.

  • This look's beautiful :) I'll definately have to give it a try. Oh, and by the way. I love your outfit. Your hair and accecories give it that something special touch :) x

  • Thanks a lot! =)

I think I'll go to Wal Mart tomorrow!

Is a little hard to find great stuff like the sugar free chocolate, 'coz I'm from México and u know... We don't have the same great things u have! =(

But I'll try my best =)

Thank you for this video, I'll be

waiting for more smoothie ones! =)
