DirectX9 bug in Tibia

NEW! (Feb5 2011) I got some info on how to fix this from "Nightsorrow88":
" In case you still care, I had found out the reason why did that happen back then.

Its because he had turned on the anti-aliasing function from the display card's driver which caused the display corruption in Tibia, turning it back off solved the problem."


I personally don't have a fix for this. This was not recorded on my machine. Mailing me won't help. Try updating graphics card drivers, and if that doesn't help, switch to GL or DX5.

Recorded on NVidia's 8500 GT. DX9 is totally messed up; OpenGL and DX5 give proper results. No PIC editing. No dirty tricks. (FRAPS limited the FPS to 10.)

choose to OpenGL then back to DX9 and then it works again .. ;P it works if you change the resolution too.

I've got Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and i've got the same issue! The solution is: Go to your graphics card drivers and turn off your antyaliasing (or choose [v] use application settings). For me, it worked!
