Nice tank. Yes, your Boesemani will get that size. Yours are still young but are starting to get their colors. Mine took about a year or so to get full sized. They're not real fast growers.

Im thinking about getting 2 boesmani rainbows to finish off my tank! Do you think it would be a good move to get these fish? My aquarium is on LFCWALSH22 then click on my aquarium.

No, unfortunately 18 gallons is much too small for Boesemani. They are very active and need lots of swimming space. I wouldn't put them in anything smaller than a 4 foot tank.

Oops I went out and go 2 little boesemani rainbows 2 days ago! They are fine and fun to watch! I will post the vid soon!
