Eliza Fournier gives tips for fall gardening on WTTW's Chicago Tonight. It's not too late to divide your perennials, plant cool season veggies such as kale. You'll soon want to plant bulbs outdoors for spring blooms and indoors for winter enjoyment. Both types will be available this weekend at the Fall Bulb Festival. More information is at http://www.chicagobotanic.org/bulb/.
