Ok I am not on the remote just now as you well know. There was someone there awhile ago but I don't know about now. I am not sure what has happened. When I try to access host it says he is offline. He told me he was online, accessible and enabled. I then got a screen showing my computer as inaccessible. The last time I tried he was online but I was switched to sales. I need more info.

I have trouble reading text but more trouble hearing it so I prefer the text, Over the last month I have been ill but srtill used remote to do work on host computer. Evidently there were some changes made and I missed them. Can you help me untangle my mess?
