PHM and Fragile were shaky, but Spiral and Broken have extraordinary writing.

I wouldn't say BEST, but he is pretty awesome when it comes to writing music. Lyrics, Year Zero on forward seems a lot better than The Fragile on backwards. All that stuff was WAAH :'(.......
No matter how much waah Pretty Hate Machine is filled with, it still kicks major ass in my book!
