Hunting for Shrapnel in Plymouth - 60 plus years after the Plymouth Blitz Air Raids

Steve J is seen here hunting for World War II shrapnel on the Plymouth foreshore - look on the Hoe foreshore or Eastern to Western Kings - and in the grassy bits close by the rocks just above the high water mark. Steve first spotted this trying to retrieve snagged fishing gear, caught on the rocks, with the lead weight stuck in nooks and crannies. Also a look at the steel railway bridge in Garfield Terrace, Stoke, Plymouth, and impact damage to the limestone walls of what was Devonport Hospital close by Marlborough Street in Devonport, Plymouth.
