Looks delicious. . . can't wait to try it! Thanks for sharing vegan recipes!

Thank you. Your video was very informative. It sounded like the vegetables were really fresh, perhaps straight from the garden?
-
what about lithuanian and polish borsch?
-
Hi. I am Ukrainian and I never seen borsch made this way (using blender, dill). It's very interesting. Thanks for sharing. P.S. I like your hair. Where are you from?
-
Very nice, well done :). But as most of Ukrainians I prefer it with potatoes and yeah meet9not chicken). But I think that's an attractive alternative for vegetarians. At 1st it seemed like there was a bit too much veggies but it's vegetarian:). Very nice, But I think cabbage is an essential part of borsch, maybe you cold integrate it into your recipe and it will become a second version of vegetarian dish

How much water was used to make the borsch in the video? May someone give me an idea of the ratio of how much beets to water should be used?
-
What would the ratio be for beets to water? Also, how much water was used in the recipe?
Great idea, I would have never thought of using beet to make soup. I keep waiting for the day when you'll pop around the corner in a manner of Russel Brand going crikey, blimey, bollbags - you know, all dressed in black:-)
Ethical vegans watch out --> apple cider may not be vegan if the apple juice was filtered using isinglass (fish gelatine) or egg white.

Man I love it. I always squeeze some fresh lemon juice at the end too. What about pasting ingredient list at the beginning or end of the video?
