Instead of the traditional potassium ferricyanide catalyst I used copper as a catalyst with luminol.

1Liter Luminol solution
0.2g Luminol
0.5g CuSO4
0.5g Na2CO3
0.5g (NH4)2CO3
21g NaHCO3

Oxidizer
0.1% H2O2
