  • @eyadmar the video says at most 45minutes in the gym, try that maybe

  • @eyadmar you have to sleeo 8 hours every day , minimum rest, eat 5 to 7 times a day, healthy meals, and drink lots of water,( 1 gallon daily), and train hard, it must work for youm and if it doesnt, u got really poor genetics

  • now after watching this video i became uncertain. for now i will stick with my program for 2 more months and see if i get effective results or not, if not imma try do what u guys just suggested. or do you think i should stick to my current program longer (6 months? 1 year?)

    im ethnically chinese and my bone structure is very think my wrist is around 12cm. im 177cm and 20 years old.

    i really like ur workout and sports videos u keep me motivated.

    please any suggestion u have? thanks a lot

  • hi i been working out for 3 months tried true mass and gained only 4 kg (58kg - 62kg) . i spent around hour to hour and half in gym and do 27-28 sets (15reps) overall. after those 3 months i stopped for 2 months. now im back since beginning of Feb and started taking gold standard whey and now im (66kg), now doing 10-12 reps same amount of sets. to be honest i took pictures and compared myself 6 months ago and now, i swear no change at all. my arms do look the same as well as my chest.

  • @Arrrmando101 nice man if you get up to 205 pure muscle you will look like the hulk. haha i wanna get to about 195 and i'll be more than happy

  • @TheOREOswagger uhuh,me too,and im gonna start working out using these tips,but im pretty strong,like i wrestled a guy who's 6"5 and 235 lbs,and i beat him 2 times,cuz im strong and i have the proper technique,and i also train muay thai... so i want to bulk up a lil to about like 205 lbs,thats my goal...
