About the album:

The project started in 2008. I've been working on it on and off, in four studios. There were a total of 25 songs to choose from, only 13 had to make the cut, the rest I plan to release in the future (Volume II).

I've guested many artists and musicians, mostly friends, and traveling musicians I've met. I've given each the freedom to add their elements in the songs.

The album is special because it guests artists from different parts of the world: Philippines, France, U.S.A., Chile, Belgium, and Switzerland.

I've entitled album "Crossin Oceans", since these songs were first uploaded on youtube right after composing them as my way of saving my songs, and sharing to friends.

When I started getting comments from strangers, it gave me a picture that I was sending out a message-in-a-bottle to the ocean out there. And whoever receives this, I'll never know. The internet is the "ocean", vast and connects us all.

Coincidentally, I'm about to cross oceans again, back to Europe this month. My last time was in 2009, for the "Boracay Meets Amsterdam" event. I'll be meeting the people who's received my message-in-a-bottles once again. Or the ones that inspired them. :)
