Cortes in Puerto Rico for a Graff Tour.

The final video from Puerto Rico's All-Star Graffitti weekend January 2009. This event was hosted by Bad6 and Blen167. This video shows the wall Cortes painted down in the barrio called La Perla (the Pearl). It's a very windy hot location down by the beach front near the famous landmark "El Morro". He had help from Bad6 and Hear to complete this wall.. John Smalls recorded the process.
