that arrow is a poor way to test the bows true potential.. can guarantee it shoots much better than what that arrow can demonstrate

Some small suggesting on the arrow first you can make flechings out of ductape and for the top you shouldnt be using that thick twin you should use some dental floss and cover it in a bit of pine pich or glue

step one go to the hardware shop

step two buy quarter inch hot water pvc

cut notchs add string boom instant bow

You should let the wood sit for a little before you actually start cutting. Also, you need to find straighter pieces of wood for your arrows, and file the end of the arrow off more so it flows into the head, rather than having all of that extra material slowing it down and causing it not to go as deep into a target.
