Hi I did the rrod fix and when I did the reset to get the 2 lights pulled the plug, let it cool down, and now there are no light at all, only when I press the controller sync button does the light flash in the normal way, but the controller never gets a successful place, any ideas? is the board screwed?

i got all red rings and it shorted out my power but i don't know if it was the Xbox but i turned it back on and it still had the red rings so i unplugged it that didn't work and while i tried unplugging it again it fell like 4 feet to the floor and i plugged it in again and it worked perfectly.
