@shockwave724 you can, I have done it, and destroyed it twice, died about 6 ,7 times trying though, there is a glitch that will spawn the goliath again.

Yea well, Halo wasn't the first FPS either, it's safe to say all FPS borrow from each other. Im not docking halo, I think the first one is the best, but to say everything copies Halo, and then let Halo off scot free is absurd.
