Go to Control Panel, then to 'Sounds and Audio Devices'. Click the 'Sounds' tab, and there should be a box called 'Program Events'. As you click on each one of the events, you can change the sound that is associated with it - so change all the opens/closes/maximises/minimises to a sound file (which you will also have to 'plant' on the machine before you do this!)
