Carlin, and Fred Phelps' hatred

R.I.P, Mr Carlin! Why this hatred, from Westboro Baptist Church? I liked Carlin, he was super-funny. Fred, though has enough vitriolic rants for all! This, I don't like.

As you were speaking, I felt that you were alluding to the teachings of Jesus as oppossed to the Christianity that grew from his teachings. Is this the case?

Much of the hatred that Phelps spews is supported by the Old and New Testament, but not necessarily by Jesus.

Any thoughts?

Well, that's astute! It can be hard, sometimes, to combine Jesus' teachings, with that which came before and after; but it's part of the 'deal'. ;)

Scripture can be easily misused/abused, if one knows how to do it. :(

Listen man this guy obviously is not a follower of Ishua ok. Ishua taught love and preached against sin. He taught against breaking the law of God and also had a main comandment he introduced himself. That we love one another.
