Bobby rules! He's totally a one of a kind wacky individual. While most guys in college (especially other rollerbladers) are probably wearing boxer shorts, Bobby rocks a pair of pink bikini briefs. Hahaha. What a rebel! And an afro wig? WTF? He is just such a zany, silly, nutty, and all around awesome dude. One of my favorite cartoon characters ever.
