as they said, without powerfull czechoslovakian industry, the germans were not able to attack france, poland, russia... chamberlain didnt realize it, in order to keep peace he ended up with with much stronger germany to fight with and lost an allie who desperately needed help and was ready to fight.... actually not him, but churchill, who wasnt scared, but the opportunity was already gone

Why could they not tow artillery and bomb the shit out of Stalingrad? Taking it by hand sounds abit crazy, I think it would be better if they just bombed the shit out of it. From what I seen the nazi airforce wasnt that big and didnt seem to utilize bombers like the allies did

@cssnubito Actually, more like 1939-1942. Mark3 and Mark 4 couldn't even make an impression on T-34's.It took leveling the 88 anti aircraft guns, and really really crappy command and control on the Soviet side, to get rid of the T-34. Wasn't until the Tiger's that they were bested, but by then the Soviets had better toys.
In the West, you are right, which is why Eisenhower hit them at their weak point - fuel and transpiration. And the Typhoons rockets that blasted them apart. Study yourself.

@TheDevilsBusiness The sight of panzers oftengave nightmares to our 1939-1945 ancestors, those "inferior" tanks were the BEST, well, until 1944, when Soviet Russia designed a better one, one shell put on a SHrman tank would destroy it completely, 3 Bazooka hits won't even destroy it. so, study tanks, and, Nazi's had the most experienced troops, and where more prepared for war

waves of human beings waving flags...

And as normal for a western documentary the fact that Poland was attacked from two sides by nazis and commies (on 17th sept) is completely forgotten.

There is such obsession with the tanks, ignoring that Artillery and infantry opened the holes, and the air force destroyed tanks at a distance. That is why the inferior German Tanks won the day, and then penetrated.
Didn't the Russian do something similar to waves of tanks, except they used human beings?
