@3Equalz...The Kinks were the original artists - and their version is great. Van Halen improved upon it 15 years later, but The Kinks were the first. This is viewed as the first 'real' hard rock song ever recorded and I wouldn't disagree....

@jonahko The inks did another version, heavier than van halens, on the "One for the road (live)"album. You should check it out, i like it more than this version and van halens.
