  • It might be easier to do...but not easier on the knee:) Keep your knee a tiny bit bent, and you'll be using leg muscles instead of the joints. xo!Sadie

  • Impressive, but really HARD ..very few people are qualified to try this pose, It is for ADVANCE practitioners. Good luck to all who try..
