sounds more like a cleft palate than an accent. He has some sort of speech impairment.

Interesting details about moccasin wearing foot structure. His goofy accent belies the fact that he really knows what he's talking about.
However . . . moccasin wearing IMO means civilized tribe. I can't imagine there is an undiscovered indian tribe in central Kentucky (or wherever). Could the prints be from black bears? I don't know if bears are in your part of North America.

I expected to you to have found the culprit of the prints. But this confirms that they were indeed moccasin tracks, as well as educates the public abit more. Interesting fact.
