I remember seeing natural news stories about dolls being stolen as if they'd been kidnapped! As for accessories, we have a cabbage Patch Kids playpen that my cat thinks belongs to her.

Sure, lots of boys had Cabbage Patch Kids. My brother got one for Christmas in 1984. I know they made a few commercials to appeal more to boys,and you could buy baseball, football, and other sporty outfits for the male dolls.
