Ok...hold on a sec. At 6:00 you put parks in the middle of the commercial area. How would people reach those?

@warriorjames The game just sees it as parks. But for realisms sake you could think of this park as a private one for the businesses around it or since big commercial buildings won't touch side on side people could walk past. I live in amsterdam in an apartment of a closed block with sort of a park inside the block which is private.

ive really enjoyed watching these videos you've made. ive been playing sc4 since it came out but it just doesnt get old. ive gotten into a bad habit of moding up sc4 to build cityes of half a million in a few hours but its fun to do it the old fasion way too on occasion

@brad11122333 Yeah some games are just timeless, you should try ottd too, it's the oldschool transport tycoon but remade and with lots of addons. It's open source so totally free :D.

@leandroeabufv Nope no plans that i know of. A new simcity would should run very well on a decente laptop depending if they optimize it. Now the engine needs to show several 1000's of textures whereas in 3D a single texture could be used over and over without really noticing, if done correct. Textures just way a lot more then polygons nowadays since that is just math that is very well optimised.
