i got wii because of its revolutionary controls, not for fitness that you can do in real life

This game is for nothing more than light aerobic exercise or warming up exercises. You're better off playing a real sport or jogging if you want to lose weight.

well this is not wii fitness it's wii fit check on wikipedia:"Wii Fitness, not to be confused with Nintendo's Wii Fit, is an upcoming fitness video game for the Wii console. It was announced as part of Konami's lineup at the 2007 Tokyo Game Show" and there's one more "Wii Exercise"-TBR in 2009
