I can't believe I am the first person to offer a comment on this beautiful, awe inspiring,glimpse into a patch of heaven. If you've seen these sights then you put up with an incredible amount of hardship. You've walked yourself into an exhausted state , you were numbingly cold,perhaps you were so wet that you thought you'd never be warm again.You lucky lucky buggers-I've only had the stamina and experience to do smaller walks around the area,my photo's are gone so thanks for posting me new ones

Thanks for the comment, yes it was the wrong way in but worth the suffering. I think Tassie is one of the earths treasures.

Really tough track - the way in was the hardest walking I've ever done and then we were flooded out at 5am the following morning and had to turn back and do it all again - devastating
