What's funny is that he never draws his sword. EVER. He just goes straight into his Releases. All the other Espada fight with their sword first, THEN go into Release. I guess you could say he just cuts the shit and get's right to business?

@UlquaorraX4 Yeah. NO Ichigo was obviously fighting the best Espada so it is understandable that he got beaten. and the fact that he fought 5 Espadas. (4 different one's he fought ulquioorra twice.) there is no way that his strength would have been completely back even with inoue healing him. He died she brought him back his body still had not completely gotten his energy back. He also beat Aizen who could have ripped ulquiorra apart with 2 fingers.
