From the look of it, I've found this form to be very good for body strengthening, internal and external, especially the breathing techniques.
Do you know anyone here, who you would recommend, teaches this form in NYC or where I can get a tutorial or lesson teaching it?
Many thanks.

It is called dynamic tension strenthening to condition small muscle fibers. small fibers can only be conditioned in this manner. when time comes to use short power, the major and minor fibers will be ready for it.
-
This is how tigers can remain strong without constantly running. They naturally use dynamic tension all the time.
-
Iron wire is part breathing and part dynamic tension.
dynamic tension is good to keep the small muscle fibers active and strong. When comes time to use short power, your small muscle fibers will already tuned for it.
