Wow, that's amazingly quiet! With my first one I didn't do any hypnosis or pain management (we had ours UC at home), but I had wished I had looked into hypnobabies as I was not quiet in the least! I'm hoping this next one (using hypnobabies, a birth ball and a pool) will be much more easy and relaxing.

I am due in about 8 weeks, and using hypnobabies also! This is very encouraging. I am a first time mom, and very curious about the whole process. Were you in pain in this clip and just able to deal with it really well? Or was it painless?
