Don't get too used to it, there's a hardware issue which will eventually kill it. Something to do with a poor connection under a power supply chip near the CPU :S

Start > Run > "control userpasswords2" (Yes there is a 2 in there, don't type the quotes)
Under users for this computer highlight the user you want to be the default and then uncheck the box "users must enter a name and password to use this computer". You'll need to enter the password to be used for autologon. If your username doesn't have a password you'll need to create one in the other control panel users and passwords area. :S

Start > Settings > Control Panel > User Accounts > "Change the way users log on and off" > Uncheck Use Welcome Screen. The way you get to this setting might be slightly different depending on how your start menu and control panel are setup.

I got 2 problems;
1-If I have my usb mouse attached and I start it up, the mouse pad dosnt work(to make it work i have to restart computer and take off the usb mouse)
2-Battery dosnt work properly it maximum goes for 10minutes then gives me low battery message. Even if I charge the laptop for full night and unplug the ac adaptor it only works for like 10 minutes... I seriously need some help with this laptop!

If you're using Windows XP, you can go into device manager (Right click on My Computer, Manage) then rescan for hardware after detaching your mouse.
You'll probably need to replace the battery. They only last 5 years or so.
