How do I use the add Detail tool. I got my figure but it still has that circle with a line threw it even though i got the figure selected

@vampyreakura right click on a curve - add details only works with a curve selected :)

can the models youcreate be exported into other programs, were bones can be added to them?

Yes, Curvy exports the popular OBJ format which can be imported into most 3D programs to add bones.
