for speed manual. but it gets so tiring pushing the clutch when your in backed up traffic. and if you have a heavy foot on the gas and don't match well when you shift you'll waist a lot of gas and kill yourself when it snows. but if you boost your car up to like 900 hp get an automatic, it won't matter anymore.
