Because I searched and I can't find the map to this ending, also there's this music in the music folder and the animation of Madotsuki standing up is on its folder too.

Yume Nikki is a dream exploration game about a girl named Madotsuki who dreams pretty fucked up things. It's a great game, I recommend it.

In other words, she thinks it's still part of her dreams.
