I Chopped my BMW e38 Mufflers and Welded a small piece of tail pipe.
It is a deep sound, not Muscle car or trashy, at idle the e38 is super quiet!

  • the muffler..isnt that where the filter is?

  • @hopplacowboy What type of filter?

  • question, you just removed the muffler and attached the exhaust tip to were the muffler was previously attached right? nothing fancy? deleting the muffler is technically suppose to sound better and it is suppose to have better engine efficiency am i right? if yes do you feel any difference while your driving it now? is it better now?

  • @Tehr0oni Yeah, I removed the Rear Mufflers, left the resonators and cats alone, Welded on tips facing down, Done! The cars still runs great with over 172k, never a Check engine light on or anything, Besides the nice sound there is non difference driving the car
