It's funny, sometimes you feel like the biggest failure, but in those times, that's when you sprout your wings and go after what you really want. That's when your heart becomes more courageous, your soul more consumed with fire, and your being totally immersed in the fact that you really can do what you love and make a living out of it.

After watching this video, I felt extremely upset about a few things you said. I am sixteen years old and have battled and survived thyroid cancer and am now hypothyroid (since I don't have one now). You should be ecstatic that the problem you're dealing with is not anything worse. I have to take those pills in order to live. It's really not that big of a deal, and your health should come first before your ignorance. I'm sorry, but I was very offended by your reaction to having to take a pill.

@SoapyRebecca Thank you for watching and for your comment. Since I made that video (in 2009), I look back and realize that I was not seeing the big picture very clearly at that time. But now, I know it's so minor that my rant about it may not have been needed. I apologize for upsetting you. And I am thankful that you have overcome thyroid cancer. You're an incredibly strong and brave soul! I pray that your life is full of health, joy, and fulfillment. Please know that I've grown past "her" <3

this is serious. your health will decline as you age. and you have a goiter; i can tell just by looking at you. diet will help but you are starving your body from necessary hormones. YOU CANNOT GET HORMONE REPLACEMENT FROM DIET. i'm frightened for you. you have to grow up.

ok, you have a goiter, like me, i can see it. You cannot hide that. You can talk your way out of taking pills everyday to stay alive, to feel better than now. What got to me is that you are rambling, do you not recognize brain fog that comes from your thyroid problem, your disease? So, if you don't like taking Armour, take Synthroid or something else synthetic. Did you know that your calcium can go out of control and you can go into a coma and die without help?

@lestertheprince sorry,my response was to` SoapyRebecca' , who was hypothyroid AFTER having thyroid cancer removed. Hence why she`s on pills !? maybe she was `hyperthyroid first ???

@SAMHAINTHA She had HYPOthyroid not HYPERthyroid, symptoms for hypo Do not have the swelling but rather tired, depression, (well google it) I have HYPERthyroid and I have the swelling but thats controlled taking "beta blockers" to stop thyroid from over producing, then late Radiation or Surgery is recommended

were you hyperthyroid too and did your neck have any obv. swelling ? Iam thyrotoxic. It probably excacerbates the problem, but I don`t know what the cause is, but can`t help thinking the worst.I`m glad your on the other side of it.(cancer).
