Hey everyone just wanted to upload a video i made about the savage x 4.6 big block. I missed a few things but thats because i believe youtube only allows 15 minute video uploads so i was trying to fit as much as i can before i get to close to that time limit was reached. sorry for the low quality and no editing but the only editing i have is just windows movie maker and that always lowers the quality more so yeah.

But hope you guys enjoy this video and maybe get some insight to this truck over all its a great tough truck i believe it will take a beating well.

Well i just found out youtube says on the top while im uploading this video they announce im able to upload longer than 15 minutes -__-. well sorry guys but i guess this will have to do for now.

  • I have this truck (2011 version) with 3 speed, new pipe and metel spur gear + upgraded all the stock gears to stronger ones. Now it's truly a MONSTER! I recomemd however up grading spur gear to metal... Superb Vid :-)

  • @MFizzle777 Thank you ! and those are some great mods.. not sure if i could use the 3 speed because my homemade track is a very short track that i barley get out of first in. but 3 speed is cool. If you wanna check it out on another savage video i show what my truck looks like now. not many upgrades just HB wheels, battery pack, HPI aluminum pipe and more to come hopfully.

  • Hey are you on FB' or twr", also i wanna say thanks for the idea on the springs,,They came in the mail an boy my truck is standing TALL now..! Ur"e the best.!!

  • @1994toyotasupra also i feel like making a new video.. lemme know what you think i should do it on ? i have a traxxas jato to not sure if i should do a video on that or maybe try to get footage of the savage at my track

  • @yuri5675 no problem, it works good and even since ive installed them my suspension still has no sag what so ever and absorbs really nicely.

  • Yea i got the idea from your video...and decide I'll do the same...thanks pal..

  • @yuri5675 ahhh ok cool, yeah youll notice it brings your truck back up. are you using it on the front or rear ? cuz the work great on the rears i think the front it may make it alittle stif but what i did was tae the secondary springs off of the rears replaced them with the jato springs and then put the rear secondary springs onto the fronts and it helped abit.

  • Also to let u know, I ordered a pair of jato 3.3 springs for the truck..Cuz the front is lagging..its not standing level as before..

  • @yuri5675 Its usually good to just drop it in when your done driving for the day. Like forinstance when your done for the day. clear your lines from the fuel and then take your glow plug out and drop about 2-3 drops of your after run oil into your engine and then crank it over a few times while the plug is out. and the oil will be circulated around the sleeve and crank etc. Then you can let your truck sit until your ready to drive. also a drop in the carb helps lube the crank directly. goodluck!
