GREAT VIDEO! I also caught a very Large Turtle here in new Jersey and it had 3 hooks stuck in him. I took pliers and removed them , But he was not happy and tore my net to shreds. But I did get them all off and he happily went back into the lake. I took pictures but no video! NO BULL SPIT GREAT VIDEO!

@Taino871 That's good of you. I don't remember seeing as many snappers when I was a kid as I do now. I've caught and seen quite a few smaller ones over the past few years. I'm always keeping an eye out for them while I'm boating, I had to swerve to avoid hitting this same snapper before.

@idkwht2name Let him go? of course. I just caught him to get some photos and videos. You can see him crawl back into the lake at the end of the video. I'd seen him swimming around before but I didn't have a big enough net! He had to weigh around 40 lbs!
