  • Ya stick your hand in the compressor inlet dumb shit.......

  • @slickjimmy76 We were feeling the suction. On an Allison 250 the inlet suction is minimal. The only way you would get you hand hurt would be to actually insert it into the inlet which would be a stupid thing. You apparently don't know very much about turbine engines if you didn't know that.

  • Will this fit in my Merc lol

  • @tallboyandy23 Yes it would

  • No one unless your a squid in school will ever put their hand near or in the inlet of a running turbine engine no matter what they "think"

Not my first rodeo kids, been a working as an A&P 13 years now. Started in GA then on to Boeing 747,757,737 & a few MD80's & DC10's

  • Everyone here is whining about the person who put their hand by the intake. I cant see anything wrong with that. He didn't attempt to stick his fingers into the intake which is blocked by those stationary fins anyway. And he didn't attempt to put his hand over the intake which would have done nothing to his hand and probably stall the turbine at best.

Bottom line shut the fuck up abut the guys hand. Whining safety posers.

  • @tallboyandy23 You'd blow your gearbox for the RPMs.

  • @flexairz

Well, at least someone is using their brain, and it sure as hell ain't you.

    Anything else?

  • @sluggs10289 Someone sticking their hand in the intake of a running turbine is clearly using their brain!

  • @flexairz

Obviously they're using their brains. They knew beforehand that the inlet suction wasn't powerful enough to cause any harm. My statements are clearly justifiable (unless you've never heard of common sense or using the brain) by the evidence provided in the video.

    Anything else?

  • @sluggs10289 So stupid behaviour is good untill someone gets killed? Ever heard of common sense and using the brain?

  • What part of placing your hand in or near a running turbine engine inlet not being safe do you not understand?

I didn't ask if you were hurt.

I understand your thinking if you call me a jackass makes you right in your own mind but your still not right

  • @slickjimmy76

Obviously your idiotic rambling has been proven wrong by the simple fact that no one was hurt. Jackass.
