These are pretty good diapers, but Abine's from Germany definately hold more, and I have tried so many different brands to finally find a adult diaper, (I'm 21, male) that can hold a lot of fluid. I can go a whole day without having to change or leak almost every time, and I have a way big bladder but when it has to "GO" it just happens suddenly...too bad for me. Dry 24/7 brand is the most absorbent and thickest disposable diapers you can buy. They have only been out for a few years. You should do a test on thoughs. They hold a lot more than the x-plus.
