BioMapper - Bioinformatics workflow tool

BioMapper is Bioinformatic workflow tool currently in development.

The following workflow performs In silico analysis on a bank of metagenomic micro bials. The sequence analysis was performed by several web services including gene prediction, structure prediction, sequence similarity search, multiple alignment and phylogenetic tree construction.

The video shows a user constructing a bioinformatic workflow template, the user then runs an instance of the template entering a genome into a workflow component. Once completed the workflow results are reviewed. Finally the user generates a paper which contains information returned from the web services.
