Sarahon appears to realize that any one channel is utterly disposable. Losing a channel is an inconvenience, but is not equivalent to being silenced or rendered impotent.

Letting false-DMCAers off with a mere warning is not necessarily a good policy for atheists.

GooTube needs (for its own sake) to realize that there will be less negative impact from replacing automated account-closure with a quick check into the possible veracity of DMCAs. There will be no negative fall-out upon GooTube if it ignores false filing of DMCAs, and assists in the prosecution of those who file false DMCAs.

A webcam upload with no music cannot be in violation of copyright. Even videos that contain music and images are not necessarily in violation of copyright.

Equally, GooTube should investigate false flagging of works of art that contain breast painted by a grand master.

Any sensible parent should be aware that punishing the victim is an unfair and unwise policy.
