Jessica and I were luckily not stuck with the fighting people again. Kevin was with me Jess, Chloe and David. The ride to the hotel we would stay on the first night was short. As soon as we got there Jessica gasped.
Jess: Wow.
Joe: eh. Ive seen better.
Jess; Lets not let your inner diva out now.
Joe: Ouch that hurt Jess. You think Im a diva?
Jess just rolled her eyes at me and hopped away and I just followed her.
Jess: How much longer am I on these stupid crutches?
Joe: well seeing as its been on for a bout six days counting when you were in your coma I would have to say 3 more weeks.
Jess: Oh man. I hate this.
Joe: its not too bad. It could have been worse.
Jess: yeah. But it is worse then when I dislocated my knee.
She stopped hopping and rested.
Joe: yeah. Wait you remember?
Jess: Yeah and I remember our kiss that night too.
Joe: Well any one of those memories of us kissing has to be happy.
Jess: not all of them.
Joe: What do you mean?
Jess: the one when I said I wanted nothing to do with you? Or the one when I left.
I winced.
Jess; Hey dont worry, Im not mad. If anything those made us stronger.
Joe: do you remember anything else?
Jess: uh, not yet.
Joe: Oh.
Jess: Im sorry.
Joe: Hey its not your fault. The doctor said it could take a couple weeks.
Jess: thats too long.
I wrapped my arms around her.
Joe: come on babe be happy. We are in paris! Cheer up ok? Im going to take you out tonight.
Jess: dont you have a show?
Joe: not for 2 days.
Jess: well then what should I wear?
Joe: Something fancy.
Jess: its going to look retarded with my cast.
Joe: It will be beautiful. Babe you look beautiful in anything.
Jess: has anyone told you that you are really cheesy?
Joe: maybe.
Jess: well you are.
Joe: well I love cheese.
Jess: yeah I know anything with cheese. You told me at ihop. Yep I remember.
I just laughed and kissed her forehead.
Joe: well you better get going.
Jess: going where?
Joe: to go shopping chloe, and mel, said they would take you.
Jess: you had this planned didnt you?
Joe: Yup. All for you. I asked my dad if we could come early. This is my favorite place and I wanted to share it with you.
Jess; you never cease to amaze me.
Joe: thats good.
Jess: dont let that ego get too big.
Joe: wouldnt dream of it.
Jess: well I guess Ill be going shopping.
Joe; dont miss me too much.
Jess: Oh Ill try not to.
I smiled as I walked her to her hotel room. I kissed her and deepened it. she can go shopping a little bit later. I took her key not breaking contact and opened the door. I took her crutches and threw them in her room. We backed into the room and I shut the door behind us. I locked the top part of the door making sure no one could interrupt us. I went back to kiss her and I lifted her up and backed her up to the bed. We continued to make out not going any farther. Dont worry, we both have promise rings. I just didnt want to stop. But 10 minutes later we were rudely interrupted by knocking.
Chloe: Jessica! Joe! Open this door.
Mel: We have to go shopping.
Joe: Go away.
Chloe: you are the one that planned this date!
Joe: Its canceled were staying here.
Jess: Joe.
Joe: What who needs a fancy restaurant when we have room service?
Mel: Joe dont let your hormones get in the way of what you have planned!
I just groaned and rolled off Jessica. She just giggled. I walked over to the door and opened it up.
Chloe: Ok. Now shopping!
Joe: Why cant you guys just go buy it for her?
Mel: joe you guys have pleanty of time to make out later. We have to have her try it on.
Joe: How about we just have Michelle bring her a bunch of dresses?
Chloe: Well, actually that could work.
Mel: Jess?
Jess: sounds good I dont really feel like hopping around france.
Mel: ok. Well maybe tomorrow. Dont do anything you guys will regret.
I held up the hand with my purity ring on it and Jessica held hers up too.
Chloe: Whatever lets leave these two alone.
They walked out and I locked the door again.
