The reason why CA education system is broke is because the CA TEACHERS UNION & the democrats up in SAC are all whored out to the ILLEGALS which has bankrupt the state. Latinos do not value education. Everything they have is never earned, its all a bunch of handouts, welfare, & making a quick buck. Their culture do not value education, & no about of money is going to fix this. This is why CA education system is broke, & is making the cost of higher education more expensive due to the budget deficit hence college tuition is raised since these funds are shifted to educate a bunch of LATINOS that will not even graduate HIGH SCHOOL! We are FUCKED!

Wrong, PROP 13 limits the amount of taxes that homeowners have to pay to the govt IF they have an older house that they bought a long ass time ago.

It's not the govts job to fund students, it is the parents. Take the govt out of the schools and have the parents do the work raising the funds.

Needs to go back to the old days a bit, with less govt.

With computers you wouldn't need as many text books either.
