this clip is from the same 1994 concert at the Rose Garden in Washington Park, in the city of Portland, OR.

the great blues vocalist Curtis Salgado becomes big band blues shouter, as he channels Jimmy Rushing in the song "Money Is Honey" first made famous by the Count Basie Orchestra in the 40's - 50's.
