I have those, and I wondered what what they were, tryed everything, but nothing worked, infact, it just made them worse.

Okay, they are not stuck pixels, they're dead. trust me i have meny like i mean MENY of them and they have a green glow around them.

the green ring are but the middle ones are definatly dead i had the same problem only my monitors problem was much worse

get a wet rag and wipe it off because it looks like green ink
