No way.... all my life was diet..loosing 4 kilos and then 6 kilos of gain... increasing and decreasing.... awfull..terrible!.... only sacrifices and bad results...no way..or bariatric operation or you will inflate till you will reach 200 kilos alike i was.
First month after operation is terrible...you will want ot die!...but soon you will feel better when you start to eat some creamy food instead of tea, water and fruit juice in small ammounts each 30 minutes....awfull first month....tollerable second month.... and then your life will be better..... two monthes and 20 kilos will go.... beautifull as you are you will be a star shining with astonishingly awesome beauty.
You do not feel the need to eat anymore after you reduce stomach.... something happened after....also stomach was reduced to small coffee pot size..now a days i can have one and half cups of water without problem.... absortion of food reduces a lot and you will have to have vitamines whole life (centrum).... the good thing is that you can eat each three hours... have only to avoid sugar or have to reduce a lot.... avoid fat and greasy foods.... it is easy.... loose weight eating.
All my life Katie, i tried to loose weight...now i am 60 years old and my weight is 138 kilos...i was 188 kilos a year ago...so... i have lost 50 kilos.
I tried all i could, amphetamines, drugs, diets (all them), exercises and all kind of things..NO WAY!...them i have made stomach reduction and also intestines bypass...now i go eating icecream all day long and loosing something alike 200 grames each day....was the solution...try it...Bariatric surgery.
Thank you Katie for your honesty! I can relate alot, the sugar/carbs are something that have creeped back in over the months for me also. WOW, that is crazy about the white sugar and mice, but I feel like sugar is "crack", it's so addictive for me! Anyway, thanks for sharing! Take care :)
Great to see an update from you! I can totally relate to pretty much everything you've said here. I too can eat almost anything I want without consequence. And oddly though I wasn't a huge sugar addict before I find now I do want something sweet often. I am trying to use sweeter fruit as a post meal sweet treat like a bit of pineapple or banana does seem to do the trick. Also try to focus on whole foods.
Want detail...then try nanabrother and the @ and them hotmail and them dot com
