Why are you using 10lbs on a reverse hyper. Im not sure you understand the concept of it.

I believe they were 25s, but I would recommend reading up on the reverse hyper revisted articles by Mike Robertson and Jim Smith. Speaks to the danger of the "swinging motion" that puts the discs at a dangerous position. This is the savfe way to perform the motion with a controlled motion - without hyper flexion or extension of the spine.

damn perfect form but what are you a powerlifter?? why such a wide stance?

Thanks Bobby. I'm not a "powerlifter" but I use powerlifting in my training. Same with strongman and occassional oly lifts. We do different cycles with varying stance width, depth, etc for optimal overall results. I hope that helps!
