From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Ruth Ezell visits the Glen Carbon Centennial Library to see why the facility was named the 2010 Best Small Library in American by the trade publication Library Journal. She talks with members of the Junior Friends of the Library, a group of teens who keep the library and up-to-date and lively place, and visits with library administrators who explain the features (dedicated meeting rooms for teens and adults, lots of computer terminals, wi-fi) that help make the library a place for young and old alike to congregate.
