Me and my buddy downloaded Windows 7 on our laptop computer and it runs perfectly. We down loaded it from Windows7FreeDLXcom (replace X with . ) and it installed fine.
the one that you normally click on, the triangle shaped one at the bottom left

@KennethDoubleU The Wireless Network icon? If that is missing, and you are sure you have a wireless modem, try looking in Device Manger to see if the modem is listed? If it's not listed, you are having a hardware or device driver problem. You could also try going into Control Panel and then Network and Internet and then Network and Sharing Center. See if a problem is listed and try using the troubleshooter.

I have windows 7 laptop (not touch screen).. and my wifi connection suddenly stopped. Now when I click the networks icon at the bottom it says no connections are available but I know I'm around networks....what do I do to get my wifi to work again??

@hizangeloflove try refreshing the available network list. If you still don't find a network, make sure you are in range of a working network and try again. If that doesn't work, try running the network troubleshooting wizard by right-clicking on the network icon (by the clock) and selecting Troubleshoot problems.
