First of all, let me tell you I'm aware this is an old post (your post is 4 months ago), but I was watching this video and saw your question and I really hate when you want to know the name of a song and you can't get it.. so andywattbulb, the song's title is "Moonlight Sonata" and its author is Ludwig Van Beethoven. By the way, it's not a song as it has no lyrics, just instrumental.

Awesome plot, lines and choice of music. Moonlight Sonata seems almost like it's been made to be a Gotham City/Batman theme.
The only problem is that the shists between the different the different music doesn't work... quite sad when everything else works so great.
